Private Advisory and Neutral Support
Ongoing support for layered property decisions — multiple recommendations, extended timelines, several people involved. Offered either as private advisory for one client, or as neutral facilitation for a shared process.
Third Perspective provides a thoughtful framework for situations that benefit from added perspective, structured communication, or support navigating differing interests.
Private Advisory serves one consulting client and remains centered on that client's needs, decisions, and desired outcomes.
Neutral Facilitation is available when multiple participants jointly engage me to support a shared process. In that role, I do not represent, advocate for, or advise any individual participant. Private Advisory and Neutral Facilitation are never combined within the same matter.
Depending on the circumstances, Third Perspective may incorporate neutral facilitation, mediation-informed practices, alternative dispute resolution principles, or intermediary support. Every situation is different, and the scope is thoughtfully structured around the people involved, the property, the decisions being considered, and the type of support appropriate for the matter.

Mediation and neutral facilitation do not include legal representation or individual legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or accounting advice. Participants are encouraged to obtain advice from their own qualified professionals. Scope, process, confidentiality expectations, and limitations are addressed in a separate written mediation agreement.
