Square One is the foundational philosophy behind my work. Before choosing an agent, signing an agreement, or making a major financial decision, we begin with the situation itself.

A session is equally suited to a proactive decision and a difficult transition. Some clients arrive because a situation has become complicated. Others arrive because the decision is important enough that they do not want it to become complicated.
Sometimes the outcome is a traditional sale. Sometimes it is a rental, a private arrangement, a delayed decision, a referral, or a completely different path. Strategy comes before momentum.
